Elaine Jordan Managing Director, Projects and Research
Elaine has almost 20 years of executive search experience, including 17 years specializing in financial services. She has recruited senior executives for commercial banks, investment management firms, insurance companies and brokerage firms. Prior to joining Fiderion, Elaine was a senior associate in the financial services practice at Korn/Ferry. She also focused on financial services executive search as an Associate at LAI Worldwide and GKR International. Elaine earned a bachelor’s degree in business at North Georgia College. She is certified in Benchmarks® by the Center of Creative Leadership.
