Mark J. McMahon Senior Managing Director
Mark J. McMahon is a Senior Managing Director based in Fiderion’s New York office. A 30-year veteran of the executive search industry, he specializes in finding senior-level talent for private equity and venture capital portfolio companies and publicly held businesses in the industrial, technology and consumer product sectors.
Most recently, he spent 18 years at A.T. Kearney and its successor firm Edward W. Kelley & Partners. Earlier in his career, he was a founder of Marigold Enterprises in Greenwich, Connecticut which performed leveraged transactions and provided management consulting and executive search services. While there, he spearheaded the firm’s growth from seven to 85 employees with offices in San Francisco, Greenwich and London. In addition, he worked with Arthur Young Executive Resources Consultants in New York. McMahon was a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and earned a degree in Political Science at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina.
