Kim HoeferSenior Associate
Kim Hoefer is a Senior Associate based in Fiderion’s Atlanta office. She joined the firm in 2008 and is responsible for search execution, primarily supporting the firm’s Industrial Practice.
She began her career in retained executive search thirteen years ago as an Associate with A.T. Kearney Executive Search. During her tenure there, she supported various specialty practices and developed a concentration in consumer product sales and marketing, manufacturing and supply chain and logistics searches. Her clients included companies such as Nike, adidas, Russell Athletic, Coca-Cola, The Gap and Citation Corporation. In 2000, Ms. Hoefer joined Korn/Ferry Futurestep to grow its national Industrial Practice working with a wide variety of clients including Boeing, Gulfstream and Curtiss-Wright. Most recently, Ms. Hoefer was a Vice President with the boutique search firm Handler & Associates where she worked with clients such as AGCO, J.M. Huber and Mizuno. Ms. Hoefer began her career with Morgan Stanley in London where she was responsible for supporting the Corporate Finance group with company and industry research. She then joined KPMG in Washington, DC, supporting primarily the transportation and defense practices with industry knowledge.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics at Tufts University. She is currently the Board Chair of Atlanta Outward Bound.
