Glenn G. Anderson, Jr. Senior Managing Director
Glenn G. Anderson, Jr. is Senior Managing Director of Fiderion Group. He has over thirteen years of retained executive search experience as a partner with TMP Worldwide and LAI Worldwide (Lamalie). He also served on the board of Signium International as the speaker of the Americas region. Glenn’s executive search practice focuses on finding senior managers for the industrial and financial services sectors. Clients include financial service organizations, private equity backed and privately held companies.
Prior to entering executive search, he was president of an industrial manufacturing company and previously had nine years in human resource benefits and compensation consulting with KPMG and the Segal Company. Glenn has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Ohio Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management (Case Western Reserve University). He serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the Western Reserve Historical Society, and is also a Trustee of the Suicide Prevention Education Alliance and a member of Business Volunteers Unlimited. Additionally, he is a frequent speaker on leadership and executive recruiting at various industry forums.
