Meridian Partners Team Joins Fiderion

NEW YORK, NY - (November 7, 2007)–Fiderion announced today that the Cleveland office of Meridian Partners/Signium International, a retained executive search firm, has merged with the firm and that Glenn G. Anderson, Jr. and Elizabeth C. Hatch have joined the Fiderion team.

Anderson, who joins Fiderion as a senior managing director, has over thirteen years of retained executive search experience as a partner with TMP Worldwide and LAI Worldwide (Lamalie). He also has served on the board of Signium International as the speaker of the Americas region. Anderson’s executive search practice focuses on finding senior managers for the private equity, industrial and financial services sectors. Clients include financial service organizations, private equity-backed and privately held companies.

Prior to entering executive search, he was president of an industrial manufacturing company and had nine years in human resource benefits and compensation consulting with KPMG and the Segal Company. Anderson has a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Ohio Wesleyan University and holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management (Case Western Reserve University). He also serves on the boards of a number of non-profit organizations.

Ms. Hatch, who joins Fiderion as a senior associate, has over ten years of human resources-related experience. Prior to joining Fiderion, Elizabeth had been with Meridian Partners/Signium International since 2003. She also was a consultant and account director in advertising and communications with TMP Worldwide. She is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a bachelor's degree in philosophy and English literature. She is active in the non-profit community as both a board member and volunteer.

A 30-year industry veteran, Norton was formerly the senior managing director and head of the Americas financial services practice at Korn/Ferry International. He previously served as managing director and head of the regional financial services practice at both LAI Worldwide and GKR.
