- You can expect weekly status reports and calls until the search is complete; however, we adapt our approach to suit your circumstances.
- We verify college and university degrees prior to presentation of the offer.
- We conduct extensive reference checking of subordinates, peers and superiors. We do not stick to the list the candidate provides. In our view, there is no such thing as too much due diligence.
- Upon the client’s request, we will hire a third party to conduct a background check.
