Founded in 2002 as James Norton Partners, we changed our name to Fiderion and expanded our team to include leading alumni from major search firms such as Spencer Stuart, Korn/Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles and A.T. Fidere, the root word that inspired our name, stands for trust, connotes confidence, and reflects the importance of both to Fiderion.
